The assessment
How long does it take?
The free preview takes about 15 minutes; the full assessment about 90. You can stop and carry on later, on any device.
Is this a personality test?
No. A personality questionnaire asks you to describe yourself. Facetivo shows you situations and looks at what you actually choose to do.
How are my choices scored?
Every option is something a sensible person might do, but some show a skill more strongly than others. Each skill is observed several times, in different situations, and your profile comes from the pattern — the same idea as the situational judgement tests many employers use.
Can I use it for my team?
Facetivo is designed for individuals. If you would like to assess a team, get in touch.
What is in the free preview?
One competency, one situation per skill: your preliminary level in that competency and a short written reading of how you decide. No card is needed, and your answers are kept if you carry on.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Facetivo works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer; there is nothing to install.
Is Facetivo suitable for under-18s?
No. Facetivo is for adults aged 18 and over.

Results and data
Who sees my results?
Only you. Your report lives in your account and is never shared with an employer or anyone else.
Paying
If I buy part of it, can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your answers are kept, and whatever you have paid counts towards the full assessment, so you never pay more than its full price.
